Some astute looping from Lauryn's MTV Unplugged album (the one with 25 minutes of acoustic music and 55 minutes of her rambling about Jesus and railing against materialistic urges) and New York emcee Mickey talking about a failed relationship through an extended water-based metaphor (have I lost you yet?) makes for a good way to spend 5 minutes of your life.
